Sportsman’s stands behind the products we sell; however, non-wood bat warranty claims are handled directly by the respective manufacturer.

Warranty coverage, eligibility, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product. Customers should review the applicable manufacturer’s warranty information and follow the manufacturer’s instructions when submitting a claim.

Please retain your original Sportsman’s invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim.

Rawlings & Easton — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Rawlings and Easton provide a one-year limited warranty on qualifying non-wood bats against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer's terms and exclusions.

For U.S. purchases, Rawlings currently instructs customers to initiate qualifying non-wood bat warranty claims through its warranty process rather than returning the bat to the sporting-goods dealer.

Louisville Slugger — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Louisville Slugger offers a one-year limited warranty on qualifying non-wood bats, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and exclusions. Certain qualifying BBCOR and fastpitch bats may have expanded warranty provisions.

For U.S. warranty claims, Louisville Slugger instructs customers to submit claims directly through its warranty process rather than returning the bat to the sporting-goods dealer.

DeMarini — 1-Year Limited Warranty

DeMarini provides a one-year limited warranty on qualifying non-wood bats, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty coverage varies by bat type, and certain BBCOR bats may qualify for expanded warranty provisions.

DeMarini instructs customers to submit non-wood bat warranty claims directly through its warranty process and not to return the bat to the sporting-goods dealer.
