The NEW JUGS Lacrosse Machine will help your players learn these basic ball handling skills that include scooping, catching, passing and shooting. Throwing up to 60 mph and 60+ yards makes the JUGS Lacrosse Machine the perfect tool for practicing these skills.

The game of lacrosse requires certain skills. The ability of the player to handle the lacrosse ball efficiently and effectively will provide better opportunities for a shot or goal.

• OFFENSIVE SKILLS: Shooting on goal, dodging and moving with the ball—your players can practice a variety of skills including stick skills with either hand.

Lacrosse, a very physical sport also requires an understanding of checking, dodging and clearing skills. The JUGS Lacrosse Machine is the perfect "assistant coach" for learning these skills.
