This unique design includes a stretchable neoprene strapping system which secures the vest to your body while allowing the vest to expand and accommodate to your normal breathing pattern during exercise. Vest holds double stitched 1/2 lb. shot filled weight packets. Purchase additional 1/2 lb. packets to adjust the short vest up to 20lb. or the long vest up to 40lb.
